Fresh pizza today (hopefully!)

All firing cures complete with the last one yesterday reaching the required and exceeding 800 Fahrenheit.

The freshly made dough balls and tomato sauce in the fridge along with various toppings and I will be firing up about 11 o'clock and the pizza fest will begin at 1 ish,  the first of many I hope!
I am very excited!
Will post some pics and maybe a video as soon as I can.
